Traditionally used for general weakness, to relieve fatigue, tiredness, backache, giddiness and to regulate menstruation
Recommended Dosage
One bottle to be taken with warm water daily before sleep, or steamed with chicken or other meat. Can also be taken for general health maintenance, but not to be taken when having cold, diarrhoea or fever.
