This website is operated by us, China Tangshan Chinese Pharmaceutical Co. You agree to use our website subject to our terms and conditions, policies and notices, whether you are a browser, customer, content contributor or any other user. Any variation that you make to our Terms and Conditions are expressly waived and excluded.
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time and will post all amendments online. You are responsible for reviewing our latest Terms and Conditions each time you use our website.
1. Registration
When making an order, you must set up an account with us and provide us with true and accurate information about yourself. You must also inform us of changes and keep your information current.
2. Order
a) Orders that you have placed or submitted remain valid and cannot be cancelled even if we have not accepted or rejected your order. An acknowledgement that we have received your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.
b) We are not obliged to supply you the product(s) unless and until we have expressly stated that we accept your order.
c) We will confirm your order by sending you an email containing an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered.
d) We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- insufficient inventory;
- inability to arrange delivery to your stated shipping address; or
- erroneous pricing of product(s) you ordered.
e) We will notify you of any order cancellation by email and return the relevant paid amount in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase, within thirty (30) days from cancellation of your order. Please note that we will not make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
f) Our products are intended to be used strictly in accordance with latest published instructions on the products themselves; you must ensure that you use them strictly in accordance with those instructions. Our products are standard; you must ensure that they fit your requirements.
3. Pricing and Payment
a) While we use our best endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, products and prices displayed are for reference only, and are subject to change in actual transactions. We validate the price of your order, including goods and services tax (if applicable) and delivery charges, during our acceptance process; should the price of your order change, we will contact you to check if you wish to proceed at the amended price.
b) You shall pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.
c) We only accept payment via PayPal. You agree that your payment information will be collected, processed and retained by us and PayPal, subject to our respective terms and conditions. We shall not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in relation to your transaction with us.
d) We reserve the right to change our payment method at any time without any prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a) Unless otherwise stated, products will be delivered to the shipping address specified by you, within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) after the order is confirmed.
b) Any time and date indicated regarding order delivery, or time required for delivery, is only an estimate. We shall inform you should circumstances arise that render us unable to meet the estimated time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses that may arise from late or non-delivery.
c) You shall ensure your availability for safe receipt of product. If you are not available to accept delivery, we shall provide you instructions for re-delivery or collection. Should you fail to accept delivery or arrange collection within three days of our first attempt, we shall cancel the order and refund you money paid under the order, less our handling, storage and other charges for attempting to deliver the product to you, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.
d) We do not deliver to outlying islands, military facilities and other remote and restricted areas. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion.
5. Return, Refund or Exchange

6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any losses, breach, hindrance or delay arising from “force majeure” reasons, including but not limited to, any Act of God, action of third parties, or any other circumstances beyond our control that cause us to fail to perform our responsibilities stated on our website, whether or not those circumstances could have been foreseen. Should such circumstances last beyond two business days, either you or we can cancel an order, and we shall refund you payment already made but product for which has not been delivered. Neither you nor we shall be liable to either party for cancellation of such orders.
7. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability
a) We do not represent or guarantee that access to our website or any part of it will be unobstructed, secure, free of malfunctions, or that it does not contain any computer virus.
b) We do not represent or guarantee that our website or any of its content will be accurate, complete, reliable or fit for your use.
c) You agree that your access and use of our website is at your own risk. While we are committed to protecting any data or information that you transmit to us, we do not guarantee and cannot ensure their security.
d) We do not accept and hereby exclude any liability other than those that may arise from the provisions of our Terms and Conditions.

- is not unlawful, abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing on privacy, infringing on third-party or intellectual property rights;

- does not contain political propaganda, commercial solicitation, chain letter, bulk mail, or any form of spam;
b) You may not use a false email address, impersonate any other person or entity, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of the content.
c) You are solely responsible for any comment you post on our website, and their accuracy. We assume no responsibility or liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
d) We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to edit, adapt, remove, translate, copy, publish, distribute, display or otherwise use content that you post, in any media.
e) We are not obliged to respond to any comment, or to pay compensation for any content.
